Placements24 is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for their Benoni practice. You will nurture and expand relationships with key clients, translating business objectives into recruitment solutions, and acting as the primary contact for accounts.

You will collaborate with the delivery team, conduct business reviews, and identify growth opportunities, delivering exceptional service and strategic guidance in a dynamic, professional environment in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development within recruitment or professional services.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant business software.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Benoni and Gauteng business market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Understand client business needs and translate them into recruitment strategies and service offerings.
• Proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts.
• Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure successful execution of client requirements.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and gather feedback.
• Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
