Placements24 in Benoni is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead executive and professional placements across multiple sectors. You will manage end-to-end search assignments, build strong client relationships, and use market insights to guide hiring decisions.

The role requires deep experience in executive recruitment, a track record of retained searches, and excellent interviewing and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, with a track record of placing executive and professional candidates.
• Experience managing retained search assignments and complex recruitment projects.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment and candidate evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for executive, management and professional roles.
• Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand needs, culture and hiring requirements.
• Develop and execute advanced search strategies including proactive headhunting.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for skills, experience and leadership potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and a network of candidates.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking and candidate availability insights.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding process.
