Placements24, a premier recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated Lead Recruitment Consultant to join its Benoni office. This leadership role involves overseeing recruitment operations, mentoring a team of consultants, and driving business development across key sectors.

You will shape recruitment strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery of exceptional service to a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in recruitment consultancy with proven leadership.
• Proven success in business development, client management and team motivation.
• Expertise in recruitment methodologies, sourcing channels, and ATS systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruitment consultants.
• Manage key client relationships and drive business development.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process and ensure timely placements.
• Develop and implement sourcing and selection strategies.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report to senior management.
• Act as SME on recruitment best practices in Benoni office.
