You will manage client inquiries, conduct regular reviews, onboard new clients, and collaborate with sales and operations to deliver seamless service in a supportive office environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles and practice.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
• Diploma or degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.
• Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs in the CRM system.
• Onboard new clients and guide them through setup and service delivery.
