Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound client calls related to operational and payment service queries.
• Managing email support tickets from receipt through to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Debit order approvals and limit increases.
• Damage deposit release approvals.
• Arrears management support.
• Bank letter administration.
• Foreign payment transfers.
• Letter of Demand file management.
• Other banking and payment-related services.
• Support the broader Client Services function with operational activities, reporting requirements, and special projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and an exceptional customer experience.
• Provide additional administrative and operational support as required to maintain team effectiveness, business continuity and improvement.
