Job summary

Pay@, a leading payment service provider in Stellenbosch, seeks a driven Customer Relationship Manager to grow and manage relationships with existing billers, identify new opportunities, and drive transaction volumes across its retail and digital networks.

You will be the primary contact for billers, collaborating with internal teams to tailor payment solutions, onboarding new partners, and monitoring performance to unlock growth while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management or CRM in financial services or fintech.
• Experience in payments industry advantageous, especially retail and digital networks.
• Proven enterprise-level client relationship management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
• Fluent in business English; additional languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing billers to drive transaction volume and long-term value.
• Identify, approach and onboard new billers.
• Drive transaction growth across retail and digital payment networks.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and understand business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative payment solutions.
• Act as the primary contact between billers and internal departments; ensure service delivery.
• Monitor client performance, opportunities, and sales forecasts.
