Job summary

Avis South Africa is seeking a dedicated client relationship professional to maintain and grow key accounts, ensuring excellent service levels and customer retention across finance and value-added products.

The role collaborates with Operations, Finance, Risk and Sales to deliver on SLAs, manage risks, and drive growth through tender support and on-boarding new solutions with current customers.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in finance or value-added product environments.
• 2–3 years experience in leasing operations administration.
• Experience collaborating with Risk, Finance, Legal, IT and Operations.
• Proven ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Grow Avis brand awareness to increase market share.
• Meet customer SLA’s and KPIs.
• Identify and manage risks and communicate with stakeholders.
• Forecast growth and manage contracts with Key Accounts.
• Onboard value-added products with existing customers.
• Support tender processes for business growth.
