ZEDA Limited in Johannesburg seeks a customer relationship and account support professional to maintain robust client engagement and loyalty. You will manage on-boarding, SLA delivery, and align with Sales, Finance, and Risk teams to optimise value-added finance and leasing products.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in finance/value-added products and 2–3 years in leasing operations admin, with strong communication across internal and external stakeholders and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years broad exposure to Finance and Value-Added Products
• 2–3 years broad Leasing Operations administration experience
• Broad exposure to Risk, Finance, Legal, IT and Operations departments
• Experience communicating at different levels (internal & external)

Responsabilités

• Engage with existing and prospective customers to ensure value-added products are onboarded per requirements
• Maintain and manage customer SLAs to meet and exceed expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast growth and manage contracts
• Support tenders and administratives for business growth with current customers
• Ensure adherence to on-site customer policies/requirements
