Job summary

FNB is seeking a Community Advisor DHA for a 12‑month hourly rate contract in Johannesburg. You will build strong customer relationships, guide clients to digital and self‑service channels, and deliver contextual financial solutions while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

You will educate customers on the right banking platform, identify sales opportunities, and help drive service excellence in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12/NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5; FAIS-recognised certificate in Banking, Business Admin, or Customer Service.
