As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you’ll shape the commercial strategy, transform the sales organisation across telesales, field sales, key accounts and national accounts, and unlock new opportunities in a competitive FMCG landscape.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of senior leadership experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Proven track record building winning sales teams and growing a business profitably.
• Experience in cold-chain environments and route-to-market development.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable actions and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial engine across telesales, field sales, key accounts and national sales.
• Shape the commercial strategy and transform the sales organisation.
• Strengthen route-to-market capability and drive revenue, margins and profitability.
• Develop structures, systems, KPIs and incentive models to scale sustainably.
• Lead from the front, challenge the status quo and deliver execution.
