Impact HR is seeking an ambitious commercial leader to take ownership of National Sales Operations and National Key Accounts across South Africa and exports. You will shape growth strategies, lead a national team of regional managers, and drive performance through collaboration with customers and partners.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver profitable growth across impulse, convenience, forecourt and distributor channels while building lasting

Qualifications

• 8–10 years' experience in FMCG sales and commercial leadership.
• Proven success leading national sales teams and delivering growth.
• Experience managing complex customer relationships and negotiations.
• Strong understanding of route-to-market strategies and channel development.
• Demonstrated success growing channels such as impulse, convenience, wholesale, forecourts, foodservice and distributor networks.
• Experience leading multi-layered teams across multiple regions.
• Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management or related field.

• Deliver Net Sales, volume, profitability and market share targets.
• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across existing and emerging channels.
