Pronel Consultants is seeking a C-suite commercial leader for its client, a fast-growing FMCG business. This role demands more than managing sales; you’ll build the structure, mobilise the team and turn growth ambition into bottom-line results.

As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you’ll shape the commercial strategy, transform the sales organisation across telesales, field sales, key accounts and national accounts, and unlock new opportunities in a competitive FMCG landscape.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of senior leadership experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Proven track record building winning sales teams and growing a business profitably.
• Experience in cold-chain environments and route-to-market development.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable actions and KPIs.

WHO ARE YOU?

A commercially sharp, hands-on executive with 10-15 years of senior leadership experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or a related sector. You understand cold-chain environments, know how to build winning sales teams and have the track record to prove you can grow a business profitably.

You think like a strategist, act like an entrepreneur and lead with purpose, pace and accountability.
