Job summary

Pronel Personnel seeks a commercially sharp, hands-on executive to join the leadership team in KwaZulu-Natal. With 10–15 years in FMCG or related sectors, you will shape the commercial strategy, transform the sales organisation, strengthen route-to-market capability and unlock new opportunities across a competitive landscape.

You will lead telesales, field sales, key accounts and national sales, drive revenue and profitability, establish KPIs and incentive models, and build lasting retailer

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in FMCG or a related sector.
• Hands-on executive with commercial focus and ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Experience with cold-chain environments and national distribution.
