Job summary

Conlog Group is seeking a highly experienced leader to head the Commercial team, guiding strategy and execution to deliver customer satisfaction and revenue growth. As a member of the leadership team, you will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, shaping commercial plans across products, platforms and services.

You will drive forecasting accuracy, manage partnerships and key accounts, and foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering, software, or telecoms.
• 5+ years in a senior commercial leadership role (Commercial Director/Head of Sales/GM) including exec level experience.
• Proven track record of driving commercial success and accurate sales forecasts and budgets in local and international markets.
• Experience in electronics or similar environment; exposure to utilities is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of commercial strategies, marketing and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned to organisational objectives.
• Analyse revenue forecasting, pipeline and budget management across lines of business.
• Lead initiatives to identify new sales opportunities and partnerships.
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic and key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Provide leadership to the sales team, set goals and drive performance.
• Partner with Finance on margin integrity, pricing discipline and revenue recognition.
