Placements24 is seeking a responsible and proactive Catering Supervisor to join our client in Paarl. You will oversee daily catering operations, manage on-site event execution, and lead a team to deliver outstanding service from setup to breakdown.

Based in the Cape Winelands, you will coordinate staff briefings, supervise service flow, monitor food quality, and ensure client satisfaction during evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the catering or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of event operations and catering service procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure during busy events.
• Good communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and management.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as dictated by event schedules.
