Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate catering staff during event service, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Oversee event setup, including table settings, buffet arrangements, and beverage stations, according to event plans.
• Manage guest service delivery, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all attendees.
• Address and resolve any immediate issues or client requests that arise during the event.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth food and beverage service.
• Supervise event breakdown and cleanup, ensuring the venue is left in pristine condition.
