This role is central to designing and executing unforgettable catering experiences for a diverse range of clients and events. You will manage events from conception through to completion, working closely with clients to understand their vision and translating it into a seamless reality. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, possesses excellent organizational skills, and thrives in a dynamic environment. This hybrid role allows for flexibility while ensuring strong client and team interaction. You will be responsible for all aspects of event coordination, including menu selection, logistics, staffing, and budget management, ensuring every detail is perfectly executed. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all types of catering events, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Consult with clients to understand their event needs, preferences, and budget.

• Oversee event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or management, preferably within the catering or hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.

• Must reside in or be able to commute easily to Benoni, Gauteng .
