Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and the catering operations team, managing all event-related communications.

• Prepare detailed event proposals and contracts, outlining services, costs, and terms for client approval.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring profitability while meeting client expectations and satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of all catering services on event days.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback, address any concerns, and maintain client relationships for future business.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator , preferably within the catering or hospitality industry, with a demonstrated ability to manage events remotely.
