Job summary

Concentrix in Cape Town is seeking a Financial Services Advisor to support an international campaign. Base salary is R8 500, with a vibrant on-site office and team camaraderie.

The role requires Grade 12, 12+ months’ international customer service or UK campaign experience, and a clear criminal/credit record. You will handle risk and compliance tasks, assist customers with debt solutions, and work across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics or Accounting as a subject
• Minimum 12 months’ Customer Service experience within a UK campaign (Essential) OR 12+ months international customer service experience in Financial Services (Banking/Insurance)
• Customer Service Experience (Advantageous)
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Ability to work on multiple systems
• B2 English Language

Responsibilities

• Champions a strong risk culture in line with the I AM Risk principles
• Identifies, assesses, and reports risks and mitigates them
• Ensures full compliance with Financial Crime regulations and related controls
• Follows Treating Customers Fairly guidelines and protects customer data
• Accurately records all call content on relevant systems
• Completes 100% of mandatory training and escalates complex issues appropriately
• Works with line managers on growth areas and performance plans
• Educates customers and signs them to debt solutions to prevent further debt
• Matches customers to sustainable debt solutions and refers accounts as needed
• Keeps customer contact details up to date and maintains service levels across channels
• Listsens actively and empathetically to deliver right outcomes to customers
