The role focuses on coaching account managers and sales executives, building executive relationships, and delivering strategic cloud solutions to major enterprises.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, 3+ in leadership, and a track record of exceeding targets.

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise sales with 3+ years in leadership.
Proven track record in cloud/SaaS sales.
Strong negotiation, presentation and executive engagement.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of enterprise account managers and sales executives to achieve targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Cape Town market to drive cloud adoption.
Identify and cultivate relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Oversee the full sales cycle, pipeline management and forecasting.
Collaborate with product management and marketing to align sales with market needs and roadmaps.
Analyze market trends, competitors and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
Present business solutions and ROI to potential clients.
Manage complex negotiations and terms.
Foster a culture of success, accountability and continuous improvement.
