Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our Cape Town market. You will build and scale a high-performing sales team and close strategic, high-value SaaS deals with major enterprises in Cape Town.

You will own the full sales cycle, build C-level relationships, and align product and marketing to customer outcomes. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in enterprise software sales, 3+ years in leadership, and a track record of revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in enterprise software sales
• 3+ years in sales management or leadership
• Proven success selling complex SaaS solutions to large enterprise accounts
• Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise sales strategies to penetrate and expand the Cape Town market
• Lead and manage a team of enterprise account executives
• Drive acquisition of new enterprise clients by engaging with key stakeholders
• Oversee the full sales process from lead generation to contract closure
• Build and maintain C-level relationships with clients
• Collaborate with product marketing and technical teams to address client needs
• Forecast sales pipelines, revenue, and resource needs
• Represent the company at industry events in Cape Town and beyond
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and best practices
