Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in progressively senior sales roles with 3+ in leadership, preferably SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets in competitive markets.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS go-to-market strategies and CRM tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow revenue in Cape Town and Western Cape.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to hit individual and team targets.
• Maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Forecast, budget, and report performance to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize satisfaction and renewals.
• Represent the company at industry events to generate leads.
