Job summary

Vox Telecom in Midrand is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new business, build client relationships, and close deals in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, in-office role offers uncapped commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will hunt opportunities, nurture strategic partnerships, and collaborate with marketing and customer success to smash targets. A proven sales background and CRM experience are beneficial, with a degree preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Proven track record in sales with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience using CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for opportunities and generate leads to identify new business prospects.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Present, promote, and close deals with confidence and enthusiasm.
