Job summary

Placements24 seeks a driven Telecoms Sales Executive to join the business development team in Stellenbosch. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with prospective clients, and close deals for a range of telecom services and products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales , preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of telecoms products and services, and the ability to articulate their value proposition.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Stellenbosch area or surrounding Western Cape regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales quotas.
• Identify and qualify new business leads through networking, prospecting, and market research.
• Present and demonstrate company products and services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements, ensuring profitable outcomes.
• Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent post-sales support.
