Vox Telecom in Cape Town is seeking an Account Manager – SMB to strengthen client relationships, drive revenue, and manage strategic accounts. The role requires proactive sales skills and a customer‑first mindset.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and support teams to deliver exceptional service, identify opportunities, and ensure quotes and invoices are handled accurately. This position offers strong earning potential with commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in sales or account management in the communications sector.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; relationship-building focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client satisfaction and retention to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Process quotes, orders and invoices accurately to support sales operations.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account value.
• Spot potential upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Analyse client needs, monitor key metrics, and provide reports.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer service teams for success.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address concerns promptly.
