Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily branch operations, including customer service, transaction processing, and staff supervision.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage branch staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve operational and service goals.
• Ensure security and safeguarding of branch assets, including cash, data, and customer information.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Manage branch resources, including budgeting and inventory control.
