Job summary

Fidelity Services Group (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Branch Manager for the KZN region based in Durban. This role leads sales, marketing, operations, technical and administrative functions, ensuring high operational standards, meeting deadlines, and achieving budget targets while reducing crime levels.

The position requires mid-management experience, budgeting and P&L knowledge, and a security certification. You will drive marketing activations, oversee finance, and manage the branch fleet and client

Qualifications

• Post matric qualification in General Management advantageous.
• Sales, Marketing or Management diploma advantageous.
• 3 years’ minimum experience at Mid-Management level.
• Financial knowledge of Budgets, forecasting and Profit and Loss.
• Grade B Security Certificate – (existing or to be obtained on appointment).
• Experience in the Security Industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership of the branch and its employees.
• Communicate vision and strategy of the branch and its performance.
• Make timely, long-term development decisions for the branch.
• Submit budget plans and stretch targets for each facet of the branch.
• Submit monthly business plans and operating/sales budgets for the branch.
• Manage and ensure accurate forecasting for the branch.
• Manage Branch P&L to ensure profitability and growth.
• Manage collections for the branch.
• Establish effective planning/production controls and improve productivity.
• Drive customer-focused quality improvements and service levels.
• Drive branch marketing activations and annual plans.
• Foster relationships and partnerships, identify market opportunities.
• Identify training and development needs; coach staff.
• Recruitment paperwork for new positions.
• Identify Residential Guarding and bulk sale opportunities; drive revenue growth.
• Retain clients; analyse attrition; drive reconnections.
• Ensure health, safety policies and legal compliance.
• Maintain customer service metrics and prompt actions.
• Maintain a strong social media presence and content creation culture.
