Job summary

Fidelity Security Group (Pty) Ltd seeks a Branch Manager for the Upington branch. The role reports to the Regional Manager and ensures daily operations, staff management, and client satisfaction while adhering to contractual obligations.

Requirements include Matric, PSIRA Grade A, 10+ years’ security industry experience, and strong leadership, budgeting, and ISO 9001 knowledge. Own transport and Firearm Competency preferred.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate and PSIRA Grade A registration are required.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in the security industry and senior security management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Upington branch to meet contractual agreements and client needs.
• Oversee staff, rostering, training, and performance to ensure service levels.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, asset and fleet control, and ISO compliance.
