Job summary

Sanlam Developing Markets (SDM) is seeking a Branch Manager in Limpopo to grow the customer base and revenue for the Sanlam Retail Mass cluster. You will lead a team of Sales Consultants, drive branch strategy, ensure service excellence, and manage day-to-day operations and risk controls.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership, strong customer focus, and expertise in wealth management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• RE1 and RE5 certifications expected.
• 120 Wealth Management credits or FSCA-recognised qualification.
• Class of Business accreditation, annual.
• CPD current and past cycles compliance.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass by developing and overseeing the branch strategy.
• Guide and standardise activities of Sales Consultants in line with strategy.
• Lead service delivery culture and ecosystem for optimal client experience.
• Manage day-to-day operations and branch strategy development and business planning.
• Ensure sales delivery and establish a service culture, with compliance, quality and risk management.
• Oversee HR-related people practices for direct reports in collaboration with HR.
• Monthly planning and reporting of sales and service activities.
• Engage with key stakeholders to build and maintain relationships.
