Placements24 seeks a Boutique Hotel Supervisor in Centurion to assist the Hotel Manager with daily operations and guest satisfaction. You will lead a small hospitality team, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out, high service standards, and a welcoming boutique atmosphere.

In this role you’ll maintain cleanliness and presentation across guest areas, handle feedback, and support policy implementation. Join a close-knit team focused on personalized guest experiences and operational excellence.

Formación

• Experience in a supervisory or senior hotel role.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and PMS.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Hotel Manager in daily operational oversight, including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and service requests.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk, housekeeping, and guest services staff.
• Ensure all guest areas are impeccably maintained and meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a positive stay.
• Support the implementation of hotel policies and procedures, ensuring staff adherence.
