Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is essential.
• National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 is mandatory.
• Experience in bilingual customer service or call center is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls in English and French.
• Provide accurate information on accounts, billing, service requests and updates.
• Translate concerns and information to support internal resolution.
• Capture and maintain customer records in CRM.
• Meet targets for call handling, service levels and quality.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.
• Stay updated on products, processes, and policies.
• Participate in training and coaching to improve service delivery.
