Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or banquet operations within a hotel or similar venue.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and optimize event profitability.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team and client base.
• Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
