Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Banqueting & Events Manager for our premier venue in Gauteng. You will shape and execute intimate to large-scale events, translating client visions into flawless experiences across catering, logistics and operations.

You'll collaborate with clients, vendors and staff to maintain high standards, ensure profitability, and drive memorable occasions in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an Events or Banqueting Manager in hotels/venues.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end event planning from client brief to post-event follow-up.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and timelines to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with culinary teams to design menus and ensure service excellence.
• Oversee setup/breakdown and ensure safety and layout compliance.
• Liaise with decorators, AV technicians, and entertainment providers.
