Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a chef specializing in banqueting or large-scale event catering.
• Professional culinary training or a recognized culinary qualification.
• Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation for large groups.
• Strong understanding of banquet service styles and event logistics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in managing kitchen budgets, inventory, and cost control.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment in Klerksdorp.
