The successful candidate will oversee menu planning, AV, staffing, budgets and supplier coordination, while maintaining profitability and high service standards.

Formación

• 3–5 years of banqueting or event management experience.
• Experience planning weddings, corporate functions and conferences.
• Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with event management software and MS Office.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to work flexible hours.
• South Africa work authorization; Vereeniging/Gauteng hospitality experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all banqueting and event operations with high service standards.
• Respond to inquiries with detailed proposals and quotes.
• Liaise with clients to understand needs, preferences, objectives.
