Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Banqueting and Events Coordinator in the Rustenburg area. The role focuses on coordinating all logistical aspects of banqueting and events, from client inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring every detail is managed with excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for events, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination, banqueting, or hospitality management.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Based in Rustenburg area or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients booking banqueting and event spaces.
• Coordinate all event details, including room setup, catering, AV, and staffing schedules.
• Develop event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct site visits with prospective clients and provide venue information.
• Prepare and present event proposals, contracts, and invoices.
• Liaise with catering, banqueting staff, and other departments for seamless execution.
• Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Address client needs and resolve issues during events promptly and professionally.
• Conduct post-event debriefs to gather feedback and identify improvements.
• Maintain accurate event records and client databases.
