Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all banqueting operations from client booking to event execution and follow-up.

• Develop detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Coordinate with Head Chef and kitchen team on menu execution and dietary needs.

• Ensure spaces are prepared per BEO specifications and client expectations.
