Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, banqueting, or hospitality operations.
• Proven track record managing corporate, social and wedding events.
• Strong budgeting, costing and revenue-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute events from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Develop proposals and contracts reflecting client needs and venue capabilities.
• Liaise with clients to understand needs and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with catering, AV and operations for flawless delivery.
• Oversee setup/breakdown, adhere to floor plans and timelines.
• Manage budgets, invoicing and payment processing to ensure profitability.
