Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical details for catered events, including timelines, staffing, equipment, and menu execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from booking confirmation through event completion, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand event requirements and client expectations.
• Liaise with the culinary team to confirm menu details, timings, and special requests.
• Schedule and manage catering staff for events, ensuring adequate coverage and appropriate skill sets.
• Prepare detailed event orders and ensure they are distributed to relevant teams.
• Anticipate potential issues and develop contingency plans to ensure smooth event execution.
• Oversee on-site setup and service, troubleshooting any challenges that arise during the event.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate event files and records.
• Assist in inventory management for event supplies and equipment.
