Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the banqueting event planning process.

• Prepare BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) and distribute them accurately to relevant departments (Kitchen, F&B, Housekeeping, AV).
• Liaise closely with the culinary and F&B teams to finalize menus, beverage selections, and service requirements.
• Conduct venue tours and consultations with prospective clients in Bloemfontein.
• Ensure all client requests and specifications are met for each event.
• Manage event timelines and schedules, ensuring smooth transitions between different event phases.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally during the planning and execution stages.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination, banqueting, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
