Responsibilities

• Address queue flow and device concerns for clients.
• Assist clients with downloading apps and login issues.
• Help clients buy value-added services online or via self-service devices.
• Assist in obtaining statements, cards and docs from self-service zones.
• Maintain client relationships and inform on progress and actions.
• Identify client needs and deliver financial solutions with care.
• Educate clients on self-service, digital features and subscriptions.
• Route service needs online and escalate when necessary to other departments.
• Cross-sell while adhering to policies and capturing leads in the system.
• Greet and verify client needs and documents.
• Foster long-term client relationships and ensure quality service.
• Own client requests end-to-end and route for intervention if needed.
• Provide knowledgeable service to build trust and confidence.
• Balance and service cash transactions; support cash handling and loss prevention.
• Balance branch stock; manage queuing, including priority clients.
• Prepare transfer documents for couriers and ensure timely handover.
• Ensure ATM/ID availability; perform first-line device maintenance.
• Process deposits/withdrawals/forex per procedures; support risk/compliance.
