Nedbank Komani branch is seeking a front-line Service Consultant to deliver client banking experiences through digital enablement, basic selling, servicing and education.

Responsibilities include onboarding basic accounts, meeting sales targets, handling inquiries, and promoting Nedbank products while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. You will work in a busy branch environment, coordinating with teams to provide seamless service.

Formación

• Diploma required.
• NQF Level 5+ in financial or business field preferred.
• FAIS regulatory exam Level 1 preferred.
• 1–2 years in retail/banking client service or sales.
• Strong product knowledge and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Escalate client requests to appropriate channels.
• On-board basic accounts (personal loans, cards).
• Identify and offer related Nedbank products and services.
• Inform clients about financial products, features and benefits.
• Deliver sales targets and acquire and retain clients.
• Obtain referrals and source leads from other units.
• Cross-sell opportunities through client engagement.
• Maintain client communication on application progress.
• Authenticate clients and meet identified needs.
• Educate clients on digital platforms and self-service.
