Qualifications

• NQF Level Diploma is required.
• 1–2 years Retail/Banking client service, sales or relationship experience.
• FAIS Approved Qualification preferred.
• Product sales skills, product knowledge and customer service principles are essential.
• Knowledge of Nedbank policies and customer relationship management is advantageous.
• Strong planning, organizing and trust-building abilities.
