Job summary

FirstRand Group is seeking a client-focused advisor for the FNB Alternative Channel at the POP: a 12-month hourly-rate contract to deliver exceptional customer experiences and tailored financial solutions. You will build relationships, guide customers to digital channels, and drive sales, while adhering to policies and standards.

Based in Pretoria, you will work in a dynamic, inclusive environment that values growth, compliance, and customer-centric service.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
Preferred: FAIS Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Deliver a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer needs.
Explain processes and requirements in a simple manner.
Ensure compliance with rules and processes; maintain attention to detail.
Guide customers toward digital and self-service solutions.
