Fidelity Services Group in Durban is seeking a Sales Consultant to achieve designated sales targets for B2B and SME customers, while supporting key accounts as needed. The role emphasizes prospecting, relationship building, and delivering tailored proposals to meet client needs.

Key duties include developing budgets, managing orders and collections, and staying informed on competitors to drive profitable sales. A Matric/Grade 12 and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is required.
• Relevant qualification or degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Telematics experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Source and acquire new business in B2B and SME through ongoing prospecting.
• Generate business in assigned accounts and new accounts to meet targets.
• Ensure client needs and expectations are met.
• Maintain knowledge of competing products and pricing to service accounts.
• Ensure profitable sales volume and targets are met.
• Follow up orders and assist with timely collections.
• Develop budgets and manage issues with customers.
• Prepare detailed proposals/quotes tailored to customer requirements.
