Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving store sales targets and profitability goals.

• Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and till reconciliations.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably with some supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated passion for sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of retail operations and merchandising.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and POS systems.
