Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Previous experience in a retail environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong customer service skills and a passion for retail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with POS systems and basic inventory management.
