Job summary

Abantu Staffing Solutions (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced FMCG sales leader to manage and grow key customer relationships. The role requires driving sales volumes, profitability and leading a sales team across multiple accounts.

You will monitor performance, prepare business reviews, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate quotations and pricing while maintaining customer satisfaction. Travel may be required and flexibility outside normal hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in FMCG sales
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
• Strong relationship-building with customers

Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Commerce or a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years' sales experience in an FMCG environment
• Computer literacy
• Proven sales performance, strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management skills
• People management experience and the ability to lead and develop a team
