Job summary

Abantu Staffing Solutions (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Leader for our FMCG portfolio in Bloemfontein. You will manage key accounts, drive revenue and profit, and lead a sales team to achieve targets.

You will also monitor performance, prepare business reviews, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely quotations and accurate pricing. Travel to meet customers as required is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' sales experience in an FMCG environment.
• Proven sales performance and strong commercial acumen.
• Experience in leading and developing a sales team.
• Ability to coach and mentor sales personnel.
• Proficient in preparing reports and business reviews.
