Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a competent Aquatics Centre Manager to lead operations at a premier facility in Stellenbosch. You will oversee daily activities, safety, staff, and facility upkeep, ensuring high standards for patrons and the community.

Responsibilities include lifeguard supervision, swim school programs, events, budgeting, and revenue through memberships. A current lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid instructor qualification are required, with strong leadership and communication

About the Role

Our client is looking for a competent and energetic Aquatics Centre Manager to lead operations at their premier aquatic facility in Stellenbosch . This role involves overseeing all daily activities, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of patrons, managing staff, and maintaining the facility to the highest standards. You will be responsible for lifeguarding operations, swim school programs, and event management within the centre. This is a key position for ensuring the smooth running of a vital community resource, contributing to health, fitness, and recreation in the Western Cape .
